It should also be clarified that this figure indicates the soil being compacted up to 90% of its ‘maximum dry density’ as determined in the standard Proctor test. 3. The MS provides information on how to cut asphalt in asphalt-paved streets but lacks sufficient details on how the restoration will be carried out after the pipe laying work is ‘completed. ‘Taking the above-mentioned points into consideration, your submittal is given the status “NO OBJECTION SUBJECT TO COMMENTS”.
