Procrastination?
Putting off tasks we don't enjoy
is common, despite the
consequences

Procrastination
is the act of delaying or
putting off tasks until the last
minute, or past their deadline.
Top 5 tipps to overcome
procrastination

1. Set small goals

Oftentimes, the thought of completing one large
task can seem overwhelming. Getting from the
beginning to end can seem an impossible task.
However, breaking such tasks down into much
smaller steps can be useful.

2. Make a to-do list

To help keep you on track, write when you have
to finish each task

3.Encourage yourself
When you finish an item on your to-do list on
time, congratulate yourself and reward yourself
by doing something you find fun.
