NESTLE MONITORING REPORT

Summary:
This report is prepared for Client Nestle in the PPT format with the screenshots captured from the
portal - CM and App Dynamics. This is a daily report, the data captured comprises of the data from
the Last weekday and the current weekday. Below are the points to remember and the links to the
Portal where you can get the screenshots.

Please Note:
1. Please select the correct date on the Portal before taking the screenshots.
2. The Weekly Comparison Dates and Days should be correctly captured on the report.
3. Make sure the Alignments and Borders are uniformly maintained throughout the slides for
Uniformity
4. If any additions to the slides, make sure to have the same font and sizes for the headers.
5. Please update this Document with the slide numbers as and when the new data needs to be
incorporated.

 Go to Search and type: NES6CH-APP001 – select the first option that comes in.
 Go to Errors:

 Change the date.

 Click on Filters – then click on: Add Criteria .

 Click on the dropdown as below :

1) Type in: deadlock in the search box – and take all the 3 errors listed.

 Then type in : SQLServerException.

 Select all the 13 items that get listed and add them to the list along with the deadlock errors.
 Once added – click on Done .
