1) Performance review, remarks from Buddy, job check list, remarks by HOD and discussion
of managers with employees regarding their personal goals of the employees.

Grievances Management
1) Depends on the Grievances. Report to security team, GM, HR, HOD. Teams
members are asked about the Grievances. Checking cctv.
- No action until full investigation
Performance Management
1) HR dept & Finance dept. Finance dept checks for taxation and if the budget is
followed.
2) Attendance software ( name not mentioned) based on number of days worked
3) 6 Weekly off. Leaves are transferable. Must inform manager about leave 15 days
in advance.
4) Attendance software, muster roll, files, excel record, biometric.
- Individual department attendance
1) No transportation facilities. But cab service for employees especially women working
overnight.
- Girls accommodation. ¾ th rent paid by hotel.
2) Meals provided at cafeteria free of cost
3) Celebration of festivals, competitions, theme lunches.
