responsibilities, defines reporting lines, and optimize procedures. Thus, establishing performance
measures and well-defined objectives can be considered. Put employee empowerment, team

Resource Frame. Encouraging an environment at work where diversity is valued and work-life
balance is encouraged. The Political Frame considers creation of coalitions, resolve disputes,
and skillfully navigate organizational politics. In order to satisfy the concerns of many

Symbolic Frame affirms creation and conveys a captivating vision, amplifies uplifting imagery,
