Hello everyone,
Today, I want to talk about something very important for everyone:
Parties:
Why you should spend time with friend partying.
Firstly, when you are in a party, you can meet a lot of new people and who knows? It
can be one of your best friends.
Partying is also a perfect way to celebrate an event like a birthday, the new year or
the end of the exams for example. But is also a great way to have a great time with
people you haven’t seen in a long time, with your friend or with your family I don’t
know, but its sure that you will have great memory afterwards and this is the most
important.
So, in conclusion, having parties is a very good thing that you don’t want to miss,
which can allow you to have a great time with great people.
BUT, you have to remember one thing, the second point of my presentation,
Yes, you are in a Business School and there is a lot of things to do with all the new
people, the amount of work and the city of Lille.
But it’s CRUCIAL to TAKING TIME FOR US. In our busy lives, it's easy to forget
about ourselves. But taking time for us is crucial for our well-being and happiness.
Imagine if we never took a break. We would feel tired and stressed every time. It's
like a phone that never gets charged - obviously, it stops working. When we take
time for ourselves, it's like recharging our batteries. It helps us feel better and ready
to face the day again.
Taking time for ourselves doesn't mean we are being selfish. It's just about self-care,
giving ourselves the attention and love we need. It can be as simple as spending
time alone, watching a movie, listening to music or just going for a walk.
When we take care of us, we become better versions of ourselves. We are more
patient, kind, and understanding and we change and become better at dealing with
life's challenges.
It's also important for our mental health. Taking a break from our daily routine helps
to reduce stress and anxiety. It gives our minds a chance to rest and relax. Just like
how we need sleep to feel rested, we need personal time to feel mentally refreshed.
The perfect non-example for this is me, I think don’t take enough time for myself. So,
there is no time for just me and it’s not like that that I will have a good mental health
to work efficiently for example, so remember:
Taking time for ourselves is not only important but necessary for us. It's like giving a
gift to ourselves. So, let's make it a priority to take a little time for ourselves each day
and just take a break and do nothing because we deserve it.
