The Economic Public Enterprise, Group of Terrestrial Passenger Transport designated by abbreviation
"GROUP TRANSTEV / SPA" located at the National Highway No. 05 - Hamiz- postal code 16012- Algeria
launches a Restricted International Tender Notice for the acquisition of :

Twenty (20) 4x4 buses in the firm tranche

Twenty (20) additional 4x4 buses in conditional part

The specifications may be withdrawn from the Directorate of Administration and Finance, against a
transfer by the bidder of the sum of eight hundred dollars 800.00 USD or equivalent in Euros to the
following bank account number:

transmitted by special express mail or by E-Mail after sending the copy of the transfer order.

Tenders drawn up in accordance with the specifications and accompanied by the required regulatory
documents must be lodged at the head office of the EPE Groupe TRANSTEV - SPA or sent under double
cover to the following address :

The outer envelope containing the two (02) folds "Technical and Financial" must be anonymous and
will contain only the address of Group TRANSTEV and the following statement.

The deadline for submitting bids is at 13:00 local time (local time)

Tenderers or their duly authorized representatives may attend the opening of the bids, which will take
place on the same day at 14:00 (local time) at the head office of the EPE Group TRANSTEV -SPA.

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from
the date of submission of bids.
