• Abstracts will be available on the OneDrive link (to be shared by SPE separately) for
review and rating.
• SPE to share progress reports on the status of abstract and speaker solicitations by
Committee Members to Programme Co-Chairs
October – December Solicitation and confirmation of Keynote/Plenary/Panel speakers by committee members
Friday, 1 December Abstracts submission deadline (Approx. 10 weeks)
Friday, 15 December Extended abstract submission deadline (2 weeks)
