Accidents involving motorcycles are alarming. It stole thousands of lives and left
spouses and children in jeopardy.

In view of this urging need, the Team Mio Soul i (MSi) 125 Blue Core Philippines is a
Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) registered people’s organization with
Registration Number CN201628813 and accredited by the Yamaha Philippines, Inc. as
an official motorcycle group will host a ROAD SAFETY TRAINING on March 1, 2020
that will be attended by hundreds of motorcycle enthusiast to promote traffic discipline
and road safety.

The group is planning to held this activity in East Gate Pampanga (at the back of
Robinsons Starmills) for this location is conducive obstacle course and simulation of
convoy as part of the said training.

In line with this, we would like to ask for your approval to the use of the said location.
The activity will commence at 8:00 in the morning and will end at 5:00 in the afternoon.

You can assure that we will restore its original figure after the program. The organizers
will assure proper waste and traffic management for passers-by.
