概 述
XD-203 型烘干机是参考日本、台湾等同类产品的优缺点而设计的专门
针对国内市场需要的一款新型烘干机。烘箱采用高速热风循环加热、吹、
吸的烘干方式,且风量大小按需可调,保障了较高的效力;走布采用 S 形
的走法,使织物正反双面都同等吸收热风,烘干均匀,触感良好。本烘箱
采用单个独立箱体结构,更有利于各箱的温度管理以及利用两箱间的过道
使布匹湿度自然蒸发部分,有利于降低烘箱内的湿度;还可根据产能的多
少及场地大小来决定需要烘箱的数量(标配是二烘箱的)。XD-203 烘干机
标配是由储布架、进布架、烘箱、冷却架、验布卷布机等设备组成(图一)。

各设备组成说明

一、储布架起到存储待烘干的布卷与退卷放布作用,它主要由电动升降装
置、立柱、导轨、放布滚轮等部件组成(图二)。标配是三层储布架,可
根据品种、规格或者其他需要分层存储,布卷是电动举升手动推卷。
二、进布架位于储布架与烘箱的中间段,作用是无布自停装置及提供引(接)
布工位,使引(接)布操作更安全可靠、方便快捷。主要由机架、导布辊、

制动橡胶辊、气缸、光电传感器、踏步台等组成(图三)。可根据操作需
要控制整机的启停,和制动压辊的手动/自动选择,在正常工作状态下手动
/自动开关必须置于自动位置。

三、 烘箱是该机的主要设备,由不锈钢孔板烘筒、加热器、离心风机、

风道、保温层、导布辊、排气口以及传动部件组成(图四);外设蒸汽管
道配件有气控阀、疏水阀、疏水旁通球阀等。该烘箱的工作原理是由电机
带动离心风轮高速旋转产生高压风力与负压吸力,高压风力分别通过上下
两个加热器加热成两股高速热空气,并分别进入上下两风道通过网状出风
口向烘筒均匀吹风,因为在风机作用下烘筒内外产生较高压力差使热空气
高速穿过布匹带走水分并使水分蒸发,湿热空气再吸入离心风机形成了内
循环,部分湿热空气可通过调节排气口的大小排出箱体外,保证温度降低
烘箱内湿度(图五)。加热器有蒸汽加热和电加热两种,可根据条件选择,
电加热烘箱无需

电加热烘箱是采用较先进的调功控制方式,是由电力调整器与多功能微
电脑温度控制器组成。电加热烘箱温控仪的面板名称及各部功能(图六-2),
操作简述。1.手动自动切换,2.自整定:通过自整定可提高控制效果,仪
表刚上电,测量值远低于设定值时启动自整定,效果最佳。(图六-3)

动装置等等组成(图九)。
本机配用的是具有国家计量认证的米、码交换电子计数器,它具有累计
功能和计数修正功能,使在计量上
有很高的正确率。计数控制器操作

7、周长修正:当实测长度与一起显示长度有误差时,可重新设计定周长
值,如仪器原来的周长值为 0.259 实测长度为 100 米,仪器显示长为 98.45
米,则重新设定的周长值为:0.259×100÷98.45≌0.2631 (米)

路输出空气开关。设定各烘箱的温度及风机速度。
3. 烘箱升温:控制面板上温控开关置于手动模式按加热开按钮即打开气动
截止阀(要有压缩空气或空压机),再打开疏水旁通球阀,最后打开蒸汽
总阀,使蒸汽进入烘箱内的热交换器。等疏水管道口有大量蒸汽喷出即可
关闭疏水旁通球阀。
同时观察总管上的蒸汽压力
(工作压力在 0.4Mpa 左右),
接着按风机开按钮,使风机启动。再将温控模式置于自动,烘箱开始升温。
4. 温度设定:根据待烘布料的原料、含水量的多少、烘干后的织物干燥温
度要求调整温控仪的设定温度与风机的风量大小,还要调整风门开合的大
小。烘箱内温度的预热大约需要 10-20 分钟。该时间的长短与设定的温度
高低、外界温度、供汽压力等因素有关。
5. 储布架上布:将待烘布卷轴头两端搁置在储布架升降架上,按住上升按
钮,等升降架上升到相应的储布层上松开按钮,再将布卷推入存布导轨,
然后滚入放卷滚轮组内进行放卷。
6. 在烘箱进布机架上同样有“主机开”和“主机关”按钮,其作用和卷布
机控制盒上的按钮一致,可方便操作工的操作和紧急停车。在进布架上还
有制动橡胶辊的控制按钮,在自动模式下当机器停止时橡胶辊会自动压下,
防止布匹由于惯性滑入烘箱造成接引布困难,在手动模式下可通过压辊开
关“上”“下”手动控制压布辊的位置。注意:在正常运行时,压布辊的
状态按钮必须旋转至“自动”位置。在烘箱进布架上还装有无布自停装置
(无布探头),当储布架上的待烘布烘完之时,整机会自动停机。必须接
好待烘布才可以正常开机。无布探头上有一个灵敏度的调节旋钮,顺时针
旋转灵敏度提高,逆时针则灵敏度下降。探头应保持清洁,应尽量避免其
他光源和太阳光直接照射,避免误动作。
7. 将放卷布卷接上引布条,当烘箱内的温度达到预设值时就可以进行烘布
操作了。接通风幕机电源,打开卷验机控制面板上的电源开关,将卷验机
控制盒上“倒顺开关”置于“顺”位置再按下的“主机开” 按钮,缓慢旋
转调速旋钮,缓慢起步至适当速度,以能烘干湿布,又不损坏面料组织为
宜。卷布可以通过调节松紧旋钮得到理想的布卷松紧,电流表的数值越大
则张力越大布卷越紧,正常情况电流应在 0.5-1.2A 之间。

8. 关闭操作:首先关闭蒸汽,即总管上的截止阀,然后打开疏水旁通球阀,
让散热器里的蒸汽和水排出。最后关闭电力箱的总开关。

Thank you very much for choosing our products! This manual describes
the correct operation method to ensure the service life of the product is
extended. Before use, please carefully read and fully understand this manual,
and keep it properly.
Introduction
Type XD-203 dryer is a new type dryer specially designed for the domestic
market based on the advantages and disadvantages of similar products in Japan
and Taiwan. It ensures high effectiveness; S-shaped cloth feeding method is
adopted to make both sides of the fabric equally absorb hot air, dry evenly and
have a good touch. This oven adopts a single independent box structure, which
is more conducive to the temperature management of each oven and the
natural evaporation of cloth humidity by using the corridor between the two
ovens, which is conducive to reducing the humidity in the oven; The number of
ovens required can also be determined according to the production capacity
and site size (the standard configuration is the second oven). The standard
configuration of XD-203 dryer is composed of cloth storage rack, cloth feeding
rack, oven, cooling rack, cloth inspection and rolling machine and other
equipment (Fig.1).

Description of Equipment Composition


I. The cloth storage rack is used to store the cloth rolls to be dried, unwind and
release cloth. It is mainly composed of electric lifting device, column, guide rail,
release roller and other components (Fig. 2). The standard configuration is a
three-layer cloth storage rack, which can be stored in layers according to

varieties, specifications or other needs. The cloth roll is manually pushed by an


electric lift.

II. The cloth feeding rack is located in the middle section between the cloth
storage rack and the oven, which functions as a cloth free automatic stop
device and provides a cloth guiding (receiving) station, making the cloth guiding
(receiving) operation more safe, reliable, convenient and fast. It is mainly
composed of frame, cloth guide roller, brake rubber roller, air cylinder,
photoelectric sensor, step platform, etc. (Fig.3).

The start and stop of the whole machine can be controlled according to the
operation needs, and the manual/automatic selection of the brake pressure roll.
The manual/automatic switch must be set to the automatic position under
normal working conditions.
III. The oven is the main equipment of the machine, which is composed of
stainless steel orifice plate drying cylinder, heater, centrifugal fan, air duct,
insulation layer, cloth guide roller, exhaust port and transmission parts (Figure
4); Peripheral steam pipe fittings include air control valve, drain valve, drain
bypass ball valve, etc.

The working principle of the oven is that the motor drives the centrifugal
wind wheel to rotate at high speed to generate high pressure wind and
negative pressure suction. The high pressure wind is heated into two streams of
high speed hot air through the upper and lower heaters, and then enters the
upper and lower air ducts to blow evenly to the drying cylinder through the
mesh outlet, because the high pressure difference between the inside and
outside of the drying cylinder under the action of the fan makes the hot air pass
through the cloth at high speed to take away the moisture and evaporate the

moisture, The hot and humid air is then sucked into the centrifugal fan to form
an internal circulation, and some of the hot and humid air can be discharged
outside the oven by adjusting the size of the exhaust port to ensure that the
temperature reduces the humidity in the oven (Fig.5). There are two types of
heaters, steam heating and electric heating, which can be selected according to
the conditions. The electric heating oven does not need a steam system, but
must have a high power capacity, so you must pay attention to the selection.

IV.The control cabinet is the main power supply of the whole machine; The
operation panel can respectively
control the temperature of all ovens, the wind power of fans, and the
conversion of manual and automatic control; At the same time, the power
supply is respectively provided to the cloth storage rack and the cloth
inspection machine. The (Figure 6) is a double oven steam heating and electric
heating control cabinet.

The electric
heating oven
adopts an
advanced power
regulation
control mode,
which is
composed of an
electric
regulator and a
multi-functional microcomputer temperature controller. The panel name and
functions of each part of the electric heating oven temperature controller (Fig.
6-2), and the operation description. 1. Manual and automatic switching, 2. Self
tuning: the control effect can be improved through self tuning. When the
instrument is just powered on and the measured value is far lower than the set
value, the self tuning is started for the best effect. (Fig.6-3)

V. The air curtain cooling device is used for the cooling frame, so that the
fabric coming out of the oven can be rapidly cooled to normal
temperature,which is conducive to the long-term preservation of the fabric.
Stainless steel cloth guide roller, stainless steel round brace and air curtain
machine are installed on the frame; Gear reducer motor is installed under the
frame, which is the power of the whole dryer (Fig. 7)

VI.The whole machine of the cloth rolling inspection machine adopts a


cabinet structure, which is compact in structure and integrated with the rolling
inspection. The small floor area reflects the pleasant structure, layout and
operation. It has good adaptability and excellent appearance. With special
structure, it shares the same power with the dryer and improves the stability
and control of the whole machine. The frequency conversion speed regulation
system is adopted, which can change the speed at will without impact. The
electronic code meter has the functions of length counting, length fixing and
accumulation. It is equipped with an electronic controlled tension balance
adjustment system and an infrared photoelectric edge trimming device. The
machine is composed of frame (Fig. 8), trimming trolley, coiling roller, cloth
guide roller, magnetic particle clutch, cloth inspection table, control panel,
transmission device, etc. (Fig. 9).

with national metrological certification, which has the function of accumulation

and count correction, so that it has a high accuracy in measurement.


Introduction to counting controller operation:
1. Reset key: press the reset key to clear the current count value, and the
accumulated reset value remains unchanged.
2. Accumulation key: press and hold the Accumulation key to display the
accumulated value, and press the Reset key plus the Reset Accumulation key to
clear the accumulated value.
3. Fixed length key: press
and hold the fixed length key
for 5 seconds to display the
fixed length, press (► key) and
(▲ key) to change the fixed
length value, and the setting is
automatically saved for 5
seconds.
4. Metric key: press the
metric key to display the
number of meters.
5. Code system key: press
the code system to display the
code number.
6. Perimeter coefficient setting: press the Perimeter key for 5 seconds, the
nixie tube flashes, press (key ►) and (key ▲) to change the perimeter
coefficient, and save it for 5 seconds after setting. (The circumference of the
meter wheel is 0.259 meters).
7. Perimeter correction: when there is an error between the measured
length and the displayed length, the fixed perimeter value can be redesigned. If
the original perimeter value of the instrument is 0.259, the measured length is
100 meters, and the displayed length of the instrument is 98.45 meters, the
reset perimeter value is 0.259 × 100 ÷ 98.45 ≌ 0.2631 (m).

Use and Operation
1. Pass the cloth guide strip according to the cloth-threading drawing (Fig.
12).
2. Turn on the main power switch and shunt output air switch on the
control cabinet. Set the temperature and fan speed of each oven.
3. Oven temperature rise: set the temperature control switch on the control
panel to the manual mode, press the heating on button to open the pneumatic
stop valve (with compressed air or air compressor), open the drain bypass ball
valve, and finally open the main steam valve to allow steam to enter the heat
exchanger in the oven. Close the drain bypass ball valve when a large amount of
steam is ejected from the drain pipe mouth. At the same time, observe the
steam pressure on the main pipe (the working pressure is about 0.4Mpa), and
then press the fan on button to start the fan. Then set the temperature control
mode to automatic, and the oven starts to heat up.
4. Temperature setting: adjust the setting temperature of the temperature
controller and the air volume of the fan, as well as the opening and closing size
of the damper according to the raw materials, water content and drying
temperature requirements of the fabric to be dried. It takes about 10-20
minutes to preheat the temperature in the oven. The length of this time is
related to the set temperature, external temperature, steam supply pressure
and other factors.

head to be dried on the lifting rack of the cloth storage rack, press and hold the
lifting button, wait until the lifting rack rises to the corresponding cloth storage
layer, release the button, push the cloth roll into the cloth storage guide rail,
and then roll it into the unwinding roller group for unwinding.
6. There are also "main machine on" and "main machine off" buttons on the
feeding frame of the oven, which have the same function as the buttons on the
control box of the cloth roller, and can facilitate the operator's operation and
emergency stop. There is also a control button for braking the rubber roller on
the cloth feeding rack. In the automatic mode, when the machine stops, the
rubber roller will automatically press down to prevent the cloth from slipping
into the oven due to inertia, which makes it difficult to connect the cloth. In the
manual mode, the position of the cloth pressing roller can be manually
controlled by pressing the roller switch "Up" and "Down". Note: During normal
operation, the status button of the cloth pressing roller must be turned to the
"Automatic" position. The cloth feeding rack of the oven is also equipped with a
cloth free automatic stop device (without cloth probe). When the cloth to be
dried on the cloth storage rack is finished, the whole machine will stop
automatically. The machine can be started normally only after the cloth to be
dried is connected. Note: During normal operation, the status button of the
cloth pressing roller must be turned to the "Automatic" position. The cloth
feeding rack of the oven is also equipped with a cloth free automatic stop
device (without cloth probe). When the cloth to be dried on the cloth storage

started normally only after the cloth to be dried is connected. There is a
sensitivity adjustment knob on the cloth free probe. The sensitivity is increased
when it is turned clockwise, and decreased when it is turned counterclockwise.
The probe shall be kept clean, and direct irradiation of other light sources and
sunlight shall be avoided as far as possible to avoid misoperation.
7. Connect the unwinding cloth with the cloth lead strip, and when the
temperature in the oven reaches the preset value, the cloth drying operation
can be carried out. Turn on the power supply of the air curtain machine, turn
on the power switch on the control panel of the coiling machine, place the

"reverse switch" on the control box of the coiling machine at the "forward"
position, and then press the "main machine on" button, slowly rotate the speed
regulating knob, and slowly start to the appropriate speed, so as to dry the wet
cloth without damaging the fabric structure. The ideal tightness of the cloth roll
can be obtained by adjusting the tightness knob. The greater the value of the
ammeter, the greater the tension, and the tighter the cloth roll. The normal
current should be between 0.5-1.2A.
8. Closing operation: First close the steam, that is, the stop valve on the
header, and then open the drain bypass ball valve to drain the steam and water
from the radiator. Finally, turn off the main switch of the power box.

Routine Maintenance
1. Add lubricating oil to the bearing regularly, and add temperature resistant
grease to the bearing in the oven;
2. Regularly check whether the drive chain is loose. If the chain is loose,
adjust the position of the tensioning wheel;
3. Clean the equipment regularly to prevent impurities such as silk flocs and
pulp blocks from affecting the effect of cloth rolling.
