First, we would like to express our sincerest gratitude for all the generosity and assistance you
have continuously given to the LGU all these years.

The Local Government Unit of is planning to participate in the upcoming Philippine National
Volleyball Federation (PNVF) Challenge Cup on November 6 to 23 at Rizal Memorial
Coliseum, Manila. The Men’s Volleyball Team will be one of the teams competing in this
tournament alongside other LGUs. Currently, the team name is ____________________, but we
would like to ask for your permission to allow us to use the name QUEZON-STAN since the
team is composed of homegrown talents from and reinforcements from standout volleyball
players from other municipalities here in Quezon, Province.

This event aims to promote the sport of volleyball and for the athletes to experience a higher
level of competition that will eventually help them develop their skills and competencies.

In view of the above event, we would like to solicit your support to be one of our team sponsors.
Your generosity will be of great help to subsidize the team’s expenses for uniforms, food and
transportation.
