3. Positive Reinforcement:

Verbal Praise: Recognize and celebrate students' efforts, accomplishments, and positive
behaviors through verbal praise.

Positive Notes: Send positive notes or messages to students' parents/guardians to acknowledge


exemplary behavior and academic progress.
Class Rewards: Implement a reward system that allows students to earn privileges or special
activities through positive behavior and meeting classroom expectations.

4. Inclusive Practices:

Diverse Learning Materials: Incorporate diverse and inclusive learning materials, including
books, images, and resources that represent different cultures, backgrounds, and abilities.
