REINSTALAR SISTEMA OPERATIVO

Alright, In this case, I suggest installing the ISO to reinstall Windows on your PC, please note that this
won't delete any files or apps on your PC, it will just refresh the settings.

I recommend performing a clean installation of your Windows operating system instead of attempting a
repair install. This process will only update your Windows OS, identify and fix any corrupt updates, and
won't delete your personal files. To start, follow these instructions:

1. Visit the following link to download the installation media:

> For Windows 10: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...

> For Windows 11: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...

After you download it, click on it and follow the onscreen instructions > Create Windows 10 installation
media> Choose the language > ISO file > Choose the easiest location where you can easily access it later.

2. Once downloaded, Open the downloaded ISO file and navigate to the setup. Follow the prompts until
you reach "Ready to Install".

3. Check the option to "Keep personal files" and proceed with the installation.

- After you download it, click on it and follow the onscreen instructions > Create Windows 10 installation
media> Choose the language > ISO file > Choose the easiest location where you can easily access it later.
