Medical treatment and distribution of medicines in bastis through Mega Medical Camp
A Mega Medical Camp was recently organized
by Seva Bharati in collaboration with BDL. The
camp was held on October 2 and 8 in multiple
locations like Sitaram Bhag, Sanat Nagar,
Borabanda, Amber Peta, Kavadiguda,
Khairatabad, and on 15th in Khairatabad. The
main purpose of this camp was to provide free
medical check-ups to the underprivileged and
distribute any necessary medicines based on
the advice of doctors.

more aware of their health and take better

 Students who have achieved good
results from Nayi Disha programme
As a part of the Nayee Disha program, which was
undertaken by Seva Bharati in the Manchiryala
district, unemployed youth were provided with
free army and police training for a period of three
months. During this training, the students were
given training in both written and physical
examinations. As a result of this program, many
students have already been selected for the
Army, Agnipath and other similar careers.
Additionally, the program helped students
prepare for police selection exams. As part of the
police selection exam training, 250 people took
training and 75 passed the physical fitness and
qualified for the final exams. Out of which four
girls and one boy got a job. V. Vishnupriya, J.

Constable, M. Ashvita as Civil Constable and K.

Inauguration of Seva Bharati Skill

Development Center

On October 28, 2023, a skill development

center was established at Jagityala Valmiki
Awasam as part of the self-reliance stream by
Sevabharathi Telangana. The center provides
training to women in the surrounding area on
sewing, embroidery, and other related skills.
This initiative aims to encourage women to
become more self-sufficient, thus boosting
their confidence. The organizers believe that
this program will create numerous
opportunities for women in the future.
Free distribution of medicines to anemic young women under the auspices of
Sevabharati and ECIL as part of the Suposhana Diwas programme

Last month, Sevabharati in collaboration with
ECIL conducted anemia tests on about 1070
people. The participants were divided into
three categories based on the severity of their
anemia: mild, moderate, and critical.
To spread awareness about anemia and its
consequences, Seva Bharati activists organized
an awareness program for the family members
of the participants. During the program, the
parents of young women were educated about
the various ways to overcome anemia, such as
maintaining good hygiene, consuming
nutritious food, and keeping the surroundings
clean.
AIIMS doctors advised individuals with mild
and moderate anemia to use suitable
medication in the presence of their parents,
and distributed sufficient medicine for three
months free of charge. Those with severe
anemia were taken to AIIMS hospital, where
further tests were conducted and appropriate
treatment was provided. The drug distribution
program was initiated in Vatsalya Sindhu
through Sevabharati Telangana and ECIL, with
representatives from ECIL, AIIMS Doctors, and
Sevabharati Committee members
participated in the program.
Training in advanced IT courses for unemployed youth
The 2nd Batch of the IT Skill Development Center concluded on
20th November 2023, and it was jointly organized by Seva Bharati
and Rotary Club Global Wizard Hyderabad. On this special occasion,
the students expressed their gratitude to the trainer for providing
them with real-time coaching that is essential in the industry. It will
prove to be beneficial for them in their career as they can now
answer confidently in interviews and provide examples of how
technology is integrated with the physical world.

The training included Java, SQL, React,

Spring, Javascript, and other
technologies, and the students were
taught how to execute end-to-end using
these technologies.

On December 7, 2023, the third batch of

students began their online Java full-
stack training with 40 students
attending daily from various locations.

Training in Salesforce CRM Course A Salesforce course began on November 6th,

2023 at the IT Skill Development Center in
Kukatpally. The course is being conducted by
Sevabharati in collaboration with United Way of
Hyderabad, with Quesss Corporation serving as
the training partner. 40 students who have
completed their degree in engineering, science,
and commerce were interviewed and selected
based on their interest to participate in the
course. The course will take place over a period of
45 days and will provide training in Salesforce
administration and development.
Inauguration of Seva Bharati CSR office
Seva Bharati Telangana has recently opened a
CSR office in Kakatiya Hills, Telangana on 27th
October 2023 at 8:00 am, Friday. The purpose of
this office is to undertake more extensive service
programs across Telangana and coordinate with
corporate organizations in the region. According
to Mr. Harish, the treasurer of Seva Bharati, this
office will be very useful for the ongoing and
upcoming service programs. The office has been
established specifically for CSR coordination
and is conveniently located near IT companies,
other organizations, gated communities, and
other NGOs.

Rashtriya Seva Bharati
Kishori Vikas Training
The Kishori Vikas training program was
organized under the auspices of Rashtriya Seva
Bharati at Vatsalya Sindhu in Hyderabad on the
28th and 29th of October. Kishori Vikas
volunteers from different states participated in
this training program. The organizers provided
necessary training and advice to establish
Kishori Vikas Kendras as part of this training
program.

The Rastriya Seva Bharathi conducts a survey on all

Seva Bharati Kishori Vikas volunteers
conducted anemia tests and provided

Visit to Kishore Vikas Centres

Seva Bharati volunteers attended the All India
Kishori Vikas training program, which was
organized under the auspices of Rashtriya Seva
Bharati. During the program, these volunteers
visited a variety of Kishori Vikas centers located
in Bhagyanagar city, Balaji Nagar, Jubilee Hills,
and other areas. Meanwhile, some volunteers
also went to visit the homes of Kishoris. Some
Kishoris even arranged a meal system for these
volunteers.

Kishoris in the preparation of Gomaya Diyas

As part of self-reliance, one of the Sevabharati
Ayams, Kishori Vikas volunteers prepare gomaya
diyas and gift packs every Diwali, which they sell to
corporate companies and gated communities. This
initiative not only promotes self-reliance but also
raises awareness about environmental protection,
creativity, and other important values among these
women. This year too, the Kishoris made and sold a
large number of these gomaya diyas and gift packs
during Diwali.
