Execution Plan
Description

Conduct a thorough assessment of the site, including space constraints, nearby structures, and the
scope of work.
Identify potential risks and hazards associated with the lack of mobile equipment.

Determine which tasks are critical and must be addressed immediately, and which can be postponed
or rescheduled.

Explore alternative equipment options that are suitable for the site and the tasks at hand.
This might include:
Portable scaffolding or scaffolding towers.
Aerial work platforms (AWPs) that can be manually lifted into position.
Material hoists.
Hydraulic Vertical lift (Scissor lift)
Conveyors
Spider lifts or tracked lifts that can navigate tight spaces.
Telescopic forklifts (telehandlers) for material handling.
Boom lifts with outriggers for stability in confined spaces.

Arrange for the rental or purchase of the selected alternative equipment.

Ensure that operators are trained and certified to use the equipment safely.

In situations where machinery cannot be used, rely on skilled manual labor to perform tasks such as
lifting, carrying, and positioning materials.
Ensure workers are trained in proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries.

Consider the use of temporary structures like scaffolding or shoring to provide safe access to work
areas.
Ensure that these structures are designed and installed by qualified professionals.

Plan the project sequencing carefully to minimize the need for heavy equipment.
Start with tasks that require manual labor and smaller equipment before progressing to larger tasks.
