General
I am a legal expert and from my view this bet is very strange. They just called me, than they
told me what happened and told me to write a report about illegal and immoral aspects.
This report is This report is intended for the judge who has been presented with the case
about the bet.

Illegal thing
If you bet with someone for money, you must have this money, otherwise it is not fair so it
is an illegal »move«. So, as far as I know the banker hadn't have the money so i guess this is
an illegal aspect. And the other illegal think is that the lawyer did not have good living
conditions. He couldn't see friends and family, which is very important for mental health.

Immoral thing
It is immoral that you offer someone 2 million dollars and the condition is that he is 15 years
in prison, it is not important if this guy is poor or rich. This is not human but if this was a bet
then they both had to agree so they are both guilty for this immoral doing.
