TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STANDARDS.

1) Please check the glass sizes, Holes & Cutouts which is mentioned in Quotation, if any changes & find please inform us.
2) Loading & Unloading Time 10.00 To 6.00 pm
3) Payment to be made only by the way of crossed cheques / DD in the name of “RISHABH TUFF”
4) Payment 100% advance
5) Delivery 5 to 6 working days from the date of confirmation
6) Order will be processed only after the receipt date of technical and commercially clear Purchase Order or accepted Quotation

7. QUALITY STANDARS

All glasses shall be made as per the following standards

• EN-12150 For Toughened Glasses

• EN-1863 For Heat-Strengthened Glasses
• EN-1279 For insulated glasses
• EN-1096 For Coated glasses

8. METHOD OF INSPECTION

• 100% Quality check in every stages of production as per the standards

• Glass size tolerance ±2.00 mm shall be permitted
• All tests we perform with standard equipment’s.
• Waves & Reflection (distortion) should be max. 0.15 mm as per standard
• The fragment count in tempered glass are min. 40 to 400 no’s in 50 x 50 box as per the standard.

NOTE - Any glass that falls within the tolerance / specifications mentioned in the above standard shall be deemed acceptable and not liable for replacement.
• After delivery, Glass breakage is not warranted under any circumstance (Including nickel sulphide induced spontaneous breakage)
• Deliveries which are picked up by the client shall not be covered under insurance and no claims for breakage or quality defects due to transport shall be accepted.
• Any rejection claims arising due to quality deviation need to be intimated within 5 days from receipt of the glass. Breakages during transit need to be indicated on our Delivery
challan and should be verified by the driver. Breakage during unloading shall not be attributable to us.
• Transit insurance is purely done on behalf of the customer as our terms are ex -works. In case of breakages, an insurance survey has to be arranged by the customer and the report
has to be sent by him along with necessary documents, for lodging claim on his behalf. The claim amount received from insurance shall be forwarded to the customer. Any short claim
or defective claim shall be customer ’s responsibility and no amount shall be payable by us for defective or short or rejected claim. Up to 2% breakage in transit is considered normal
and cannot be claimed. As per standard insurance policy, 2% of the sum Insured is deducted from the claim amount.
• Off-cuts of colored or coated glass should be collect within 15-20 days after billing. After 20 days if customer not collected the off-cuts it will be dump in to scrap.

9. ALTERATION IN ORDER AFTER CONFIRMATION

The products are completely made to order, no changes in the order shall be entertained once confirmation is given. In the event the order is modified or cancelled once issued to
production.
All material expenses, processing cost and cancellation penalty up to the date of modification or cancellation shall be invoiced.

10. DELAYED PAYMENT CHARGES

Payment delays beyond the mentioned payment terms shall be charged interest at the rate of 20% per annum. The interest shall be counted from the due date until the actual date of
the payment.

11. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATION

• This warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, abuse or neglect on the part of user.
• Use of abrasive material which damaged coating
• Use of films or sticker on the glass
• Improper handling, stacking or stoking or storing
• Improper movement or placement of glass
• The glass is protected from temperature above 140 degree centigrade
• The glass has been installed with the coated surface glazed to the inside of the building and not to the exterior of building.
• Until paid in full, the goods shall remain as our property

12. JURISDICTION

This contract shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Union of India and under the jurisdiction of kalyan court only.

13. CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

If contract is cancelled at any stage for any reason, customer agrees to pay us a cancellation charge of 5% of contract price or actual costs incurred up to time of cancellation, and
whichever is higher.
