REVIEW RULES AND REGULATIONS

This “Rules and Regulations” statement must be signed by the student, parent or
legal guardian and returned to the CAHS Department as one of the required documents
for the review sessions. The purpose and objectives of this is to create a good
relationship and commit to appropriate standards of behavior. The following rules and
regulations shall apply at all times to all the students:

A. Tardiness

1. Tardiness will be recorded. A total of 3 consecutive lates will be sanctioned with 1

community duty.
2. Grace period of 15 minutes only will be allowed, beyond is considered absent.

B. Absence

3. Sanctions will be given to those who will not join the online and onsite review.
4. Invalid reason for absences will be subjected to 1 make up duty.

C. Attendance

5. Attendance will be strictly enforced.

6. For online review, an OPEN camera is required to record your attendance.
7. Make sure to have a strong internet connection prior and during the online review
session, as internet connectivity problems will not be accepted.
8. Students will be given at least thrice (3) in a session to disconnect from the
platform, more than that is considered absent.

D. Class

9. Summary of lectures/notes are required to be submitted on the last review of the

week. Own structures (e.g mnemonics) of lectures/notes will be checked.
10. No Bladder break will be allowed during ONSITE review. Make sure to empty
your bladder before the start of the class.
