Created in 1976, my city is one of the oldest in the region.

It is located practically next to the

country's capital and is made up of 22 neighborhoods and 24 super blocks, as well as a sparsely
populated rural area.

I like living here mainly because the city is quiet, rural and not very busy. Mountain vegetation
covers a large part of the relief, made up of trees with twisted branches over a terrain full of valleys
and water springs. The climate here is classified as tropical at altitude: hot and rainy summer and
cold and dry winter, typical of the Brazilian central-western cerrado.

The main tourist attractions in the city are, in my opinion: Jacob Loch, an artificial loch that
concentrates runners, picnics, a place for skating, as well as having some special events and the
Jardim da Imaculada Sanctuary, a garden with an image of Our Lady carved in plaster; not to
mention the various water parks available for a hot day.

My house is located at the beginning of the city. I live in a condominium called Ibiza IV, one of the
last on the street. The condominium apartments are average in size. Between each block there are
green spaces along with a playground for children, and one of the things I like most about my
house is the view from my brother's room: the window faces a valley with lots of trees and bushes.
The landscape is incredible on cloudy days, where the fog covers the treetops and creates a very
beautiful view.

To conclude, I admit that I like living in my city, but I believe there is a lot to improve in terms of its
infrastructure and management. Despite being beautiful, there are many problems of
unemployment and social vulnerability for some families, however, nothing that good management
can solve. Anyway, I am very attached to this place and I intend to continue living here for many
years.
