Consider your own perspective – are there positions, orientations, values or traditions

that you hold that may influence your own approach to this task?

As a member of the HR team, it's important for me to promote positivity and equality

within Reginald Industries. It would also be crucial to be sensitive, respectful, and open to

cultural differences so that a positive environment would be kept within the workplace.

Recognizing and pushing away any potential biases or perspectives that may be held personally

should be a big priority, because they can influence my approach as an Hr. manager.

Steps to follow:

Being self-aware: To begin I would have to reflect on my own values, biases, and ideologies.

Which would mean getting rid of any assumptions about age, ethnicity, sexual orientation,

religion, etc. This type of self-awareness will allow me to approach my task as an Hr. manager

with an open mind and without an unintentional bias.

Cultural education: I would need to consider my own cultural competence and awareness,

because it's important to understand the different cultural backgrounds, values, and traditions

represented within our company.

Support to all: Recognizing that different age groups, ethnicities, and others may have different

needs and preferences. A good way to do that would be by making presentations and activities

that include and support all employees no matter what differences they may have.

Engagement activities: Lastly planning interactive activities that encourage employees to

collaborate and build connections would be very effective. Good activities would be icebreakers
and team-building exercises, because they can help bring everyone closer and encourage

coworkers to find out more about each other.

In conclusion, being open to everyone's differences helps the HR team contribute to

creating a workplace where all employees feel valued, respected, and included.
