2023 Grade 12 Exit Survey
Dear our Grade 12 students
It should be noted that the objectives of this survey is to gather information about Grade 12 NGS
students’ school experience and is not an evaluation school. The survey is just to support the
school Administration ongoing effort to be transparent and accountable, and the data gathered
helps inform decision making.

Hence, The Parents-Teacher Committee kindly request you to respond to the following question such
that we parent- teacher school Committee will obtain as much relevant data as possible.
