Instruction: Identify and differentiate the picture below. Align your answer in our
topic which is Leadership.
The success of any group depends greatly on the abilities of its leader,right? In
the first picture, the leader seems to be using a autocratic leadership style. He is being
bossy and commanding his team without doing anything himself, and the team
members are following his commands without any input from them. On the other
hand, in the second picture, the leader is using a democratic leadership style, where he
is guiding his team and helping them complete the task.Both leaders were able to
finish their tasks, but the way they achieved it was quite different. I think it's
important to remember that a good leader not only gets the job done, but also
motivates and empowers their team members to do their best.

Assuming you are the president of the Philippines, how will you manage your country
despite having numerous criticism and lack of support from your constituents? What
are the steps and projects you will do to prove that they are wrong? Make your own
project plan for the project and a step by step procedure on how you will implement
it.

Autocratic Leadership
- A leader who has complete control over his team is
called an autocratic leader. They never bend their
beliefs and rules for anyone.
1. Autocratic leadership is characterized by a leader who holds all the power and makes decisions without involving
others. For example, In a traditional Filipino household the parents or elders make all the decisions without asking
input from other family members and they expect everyone to follow their instruction without questioning.
2. Democratic leadership involves active participation and decision-making by the entire team. For example, In a
student council, the elected president is using democratic leadership they involving everyone in decision making and
listening to everyone’s ideas.
3. Laissez-faire leadership is characterized by a leader who gives maximum freedom and autonomy to team members.
For example, the professor gives a topic for their students' plates and allows them the freedom and autonomy to
create their own visualizations.
