 Be decisive

(1) Making decisions that are well-informed and time-sensitive is a


crucial part of being a successful leader, right?
(2) The reality of being a leader is that ikaw ang maasahan nila when
it comes to decision making, so you need to be decisive in making
decisions .
(3) Decisiveness is one of those characteristics that an effective leader
needs to have , now its not that mean you need to be stubborn or
arrogant or something
(4) Decisiveness is defined by Merriam-Webster.com as being “able
to make choices quickly and confidently, causing something to end in a
particular way; determining what the result of something will be; very
clear and obvious.”

Decisive in leadership means making timely and confident
decisions based on available information and analysis. It involves the
ability to assess situations, consider alternatives, and take decisive
action without undue delay. A decisive leader is not afraid to make
tough choices and takes responsibility for the outcomes.

Here a example of being decisive


After knowing that we need to report , our leader quickly assessed the
situation at inasign kami sa topics na irereport ng bawat isa at kung
paano ang magiging flow ng aming report . She communicates her
decisions clearly to the team , outlining the report and providing
guidance on the next steps. This decisive action helps the team move
forward with a focused plan, boosting motivation and directing efforts
towards resolving the deadline.

According to Cambridge dictionary it is an opinion that someone gives
you about what you should do or how you should behave in a particular
situation.

guidance, and expertise from others in order to make informed
decisions and improve one's leadership abilities. It involves recognizing
that leadership is not a solitary endeavor but requires the insights and

of imagination.” When you apply vision to the future, you can create a
mental picture that can be used to direct your actions. Vision serves as a
guide and can be used to provide a sense of purpose.
