Fabrication Details
• The entire Contact Part of the Blender is fabricated in SS-304.
• The Blender is supplied in two parts – Stand structure and Blender separately.
• Included with Motor bed and motor couplings.
• The Inner Ribbon shaft shaft in SS-304, and Endplate in 2mm SS-304 Lining and outer 4mm MS.
• The Blades are 40x8 and 32x6 SS Flats . The Mixer clearance would be 3 to 5mm.
• The Endplate, Motor Bed in MS-4mm thick and the External Frames are Fabricated in MS 80x40 Pipe.
• The Top Cover of the Blender in 1.2mm SS-304 sheets with Inlet Doors.
• Ground Clearance is 3ft for Blender Discharge.
• Included with 5” SS- ButterFly Valve.
• All the SS Parts are Polished. All the MS parts are painted externally.
