of a Christmas caroling in Quiapo Church among the different sectors of the parish organization to
engage the community and foster a sense of togetherness during the holiday season.

Ms. Villasis, the president, decided that the central theme of the caroling would revolve around
compassion, and it was encouraged that the songs that the participants were to perform would be fun,
wholesome, jolly, and portray the spirit and essence of Christmas

Consensus was reached that the event aligns with the spirit of Christmas and can enhance the sense of
community among attendees.

Ms. Garcia stated that the registration forms for the event would be open from December __ - ___, and
the event proper would begin on ___ which the party also agreed upon.

Ms. Santillan

Ms Mendoza, the Head of the Technical Committee, would in charge of the stage set up, sound systems,
and seating arrangements for the event. According to her, she would utilize the stage, sound systems,
and seats provided from the church.

Explored the possibility of collaborating with local musical organizations or schools.
