FLAGTAG LEADUP GAME.

RECEIVING STANCE

 Show the entire move first. Demonstrate the entire receiving stance to the
student, making sure to point out the following key points:
o Feet should be shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
o Hands should be up in front of them, with their thumbs together and their
fingers spread wide.
o Eyes should be on the ball at all times.
 Break the move down. Once the student has a general understanding of the
receiving stance, you can break it down into smaller steps. For example, you can
start by teaching the student how to stand with their feet shoulder-width apart.
Once they have mastered that, you can teach them how to bend their knees
slightly. And so on.
 Show the entire move again. Once the student has mastered the individual steps
of the receiving stance, you can show them the entire move again. This time,
they should be able to do it without any help from you.
