NUMBER M-059917 visa status here in the Philippines, I am currently residing at
UNIT 1 VILLA ROSARIO APARTMENT #190 SAREAL AVE., BAYAN LUMA 2 IMUS
CAVITE. Contact number 0917-555-3100. I hereby submit this letter to form part of
the requirements that my nephew be issued a visa to be able to visit the
Philippines.

My nephew WANG MING ZE with passport number EL0801918 was born on 24 FEB.
2005.I haven't seen my nephew for a long time. I invite my nephew to come and visit
me in the Philippines .

I hereby submit the visa application to the Philippine General Consulate in Shanghai
and therefore I guarantee that we will comply with all the laws and regulations of
the Department of Foreign Affairs and other laws, memorandum and or orders
relating to entering and leaving the Philippines. All the expenses will be shouldered
by me.
