AFFIDAVIT OF ASSURANCE TO RETURN FOR VISITOR VISA

I, EMERITA CAONES VILLANUEVA, of legal age, widower, Filipinos and residents

of Tinga Itaas, Batangas City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and say:
That I am the sister of RHESA CAONES ASHDOWN, who was born on February 3,
1960 and is currently living at 58 Muriel Drive Pooraka South Australia;

That I would be visiting Australia to visit my sister to spend some quality family
time and visit tourist places. My sister is sponsoring this short trip;

That I have our own business to get back to since I am the owner of a PIGGERY
business with a nature of buy and sell registered under Certificate No.03061778;

That I have also a land property located in Tinga Itaas, Batangas City, Batangas
Philippines covering a Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-48345 and T29843 containing
an area of ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE (1,275) SQUARE METERS;

That I also have a Utility Vehicle which is particularly described as follows:

VISA at the Department of Foreign Affairs and/or travel clearance;
