AFFIDAVIT

 
 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
 
I, LYZEL BICOL ABDON, of legal age, married, Filipino, and resident of Pinamucan East, Batangas
City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state:

That on 26 March 2021, I asked the help of the City Social Welfare and Development Office in relation to
the custody of my 10 year old son, RAYZEL KEN BICOL ABDON because he was in the custody of his father,
Ramil Abdon;

That on the day after, I proceeded to the Municipal Social Welfare and Development
Office of Lobo to get my child RAYZEL KEN BICOL ABDON while I am on vacation here in
the Philippines;

That on that same day, we agreed to meet on 2 April 2021 in Barangay Pinamucan East,
Batangas City to properly talk about the our relationship and the custody of our child with
Barangay Captain Virgilio Magtibay of Barangay Nagtaluntong, Lobo Batangas;

That last 2 April 2021, Ramil Abdon and Virgilio Magtibay never showed up and is
nowhere to be found;

That I am scheduled to come back to Abu Dabhi on 1 May 2021;

That because of the foregoing, I am hereby APPOINTING my mother, RUPERTA BICOL, of

legal age, Filipino, and resident of Pinamucan East, Batangas City to have full custody of my son, Rayzel
Ken Bicol Abdon while I am away and his father is not around.
