That I was a natural-born Filipino Citizen, born in Batangas City, Philippines on

May 23, 1988 to Filipino parents namely: Mario Borbon Quinio and Loreta F. Añonuevo
who are now residing at Barangay San Isidro, Batangas City;

That I was married to AMR SHANAN, on December 26, 2013 at Sharia Court,
State of Qatar;

That I gave birth to a son namely ALI SHANAN, on March 2, 2015 at Doha Qatar;

That at the time of birth of my son ALI SHANAN, and until now, I am a Filipino
citizen;

That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of all the foregoing and
for all legal intents and purposes it may serve;
