Hi Tauseef,
I as an employee is as important to you as your client. If without a client you cannot generate revenue
nor without your employee. I have a total 15 years of experience in the software industry and it is not my
first year as you were teaching me. I am also a graduate of FAST, the same university as that of you and
there will not be much difference between you and me. I also don't do jobs just for the sake of money,
but for respect too. If I will be degraded, then I will not bother with money. I am living in my own house
in Lahore, which I have not bought, because of this job.

See below screenshot, I have informed him that I have checked in my code, done QA, provided any
feedback and I will fix it on Wednesday. Again after his comments I replied the same. Now if I reply it
3rd time may it make sense to you? I considered it unethical that I reply the same thing 3rd times.

I also took your call after my checkout but at the end of the call you said I will think what I have to do on
wednesday.
During the call you said your attitude is unprofessional. What is professionalism? Perhaps you don't
know the definition. Professionalism is that we sell our services or time for the sake of money. So, I
gave the time for which I charged and it was fully professional, yes you can say you are not the salave,
that is true. I am not slave, I can give extra time on some one request but not on dictation. If I don't get
respect because of my job, it is useless for me to do job.
