About Josh Talks - Jobs for Women

We recently launched ‘Jobs for Women’, a specialised training and placement program aimed at
empowering women in Tier II and Tier III cities to secure employment opportunities. Our north star is to
create opportunities for 10 million women in India, equipping them with the necessary skills, training and
avenues for meaningful employment. Starting from December 2023, our goal is to enrol more than 320
women over the course of three months.

About the Role

As a Program Consultant, your role is integral to the seamless execution of the Jobs for Women training
and placement program. This position encompasses a blend of coordination, documentation, participant
assistance, and operational responsibilities, all aimed at enhancing the program's efficacy and influence.
Additionally, you will play a key role in data collection and provide insights for program refinement based
on the gathered data. If you're passionate about making a real impact and ready to contribute to our
mission, this role is for you.

Role and Responsibilities

● Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of program activities,
ensuring comprehensive documentation for reporting purposes.
● Coordination and Logistics: Assist in the coordination of program logistics, including participant
communication, scheduling, and resource management.
● Communication Support: Contribute to effective communication with program participants,
trainers, and external partners through written and verbal channels.
● Content Development: Develop a basic understanding of the training program and initiate
improvement in course material and related collaterals.
● Data Analysis: Analyze program-related data to derive insights and prepare reports and
visualizations for program evaluation.
Requirements
● Driven to empower 10 million women in India
● Min 2 years of experience (preferably in the development sector)
● Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
● Detail-oriented for accurate documentation and coordination
● Proactive problem-solving aptitude
● Efficient time management
● Commitment to ongoing learning
