Cristy Pascual who is currently undergoing treatment for kidney failure and urgently requires
dialysis and a blood transplant.

Unfortunately, the financial burden of her medical expenses has become overwhelming for our
family. Despite our best efforts, we find ourselves struggling to meet the escalating costs
associated with her ongoing treatment. The need for regular dialysis sessions and a blood
transplant has placed a significant strain on our resources. In light of the above, we are reaching
out to you and your organization to kindly request financial assistance for my mother’s dialysis
