ORDER BELOW EXH.1

Today the matter is kept in National Lok-adalat. Both
the parties are present before the National Lok-adalat. They have
filed compromise memo (Sulenama) at Exh.12. The parties
voluntarily admitted its contents. The parties are identified by their
respective advocates. They have filed copy of their identity proofs
on record. Perused said pursis and heard both the sides. Therefore,
the suit is compromised in view of compromise memo ( Sulenama)
filed by the parties at Exh.12. Hence, I pass the following order.

:ORDER:

1. The case is disposed of as settled in Lok-adalat in terms of

compromise pursis Exh.12.
2. No order as to costs.

3. Court fee be refunded as per rule.

4. Award be drawn up accordingly in terms of compromise.
