Research Questions

This study sought to explore the experiences, reasons, challenges, and coping

mechanisms of second-career teachers.

This research specifically aimed to address the following research questions:

1. What are the experiences of teacher participants in pursuing teaching as a

career?

2. What are the reasons of teacher participants in pursuing teaching as a career?

3. What are the challenges encountered by the teacher participants in the

teaching field?

4. What are the coping mechanisms employed by teacher participants in

addressing the challenges they encountered at work?

5. What program can be crafted from the results of the study?
