We thank you for the presence of Allah SWT, on behalf of the

Organizing Committee, the Neurology Department of Airlangga
School of Medicine / Dr.Soetomo General Hospital, and the
Indonesian Neurological Association (INA) Surabaya Chapter, It’s our
great pleasure to invite you to attend in our outstanding Annual
Scientific Meeting “The 22nd Continuing Neurological Education 2023”, which will be held at Bumi
Surabaya City Resort, March, 17th – 19th 2023. Our theme for 2023 is “Prompt Actions in

event to enrich and update the knowledge of attractive and interesting topics in the field of

We are pleased to announce the 22nd Continuing Neurological
Education (CNE) 2023 which will be held at Bumi Surabaya Hotel
from 17th to 19th March 2023.
This meeting has prepared exciting sessions of the hot issues in
neurological diseases, how to predict, prevent and restore. The 22nd
Surabaya CNE has continued upon the previous years meetings in
opening up several more categories for its scientific sessions,
workshops which will see this meeting to be bigger and even more exciting
than its predecessors.
We have no doubt that participants will have a very pleasant experience in terms of learning
contemporary knowledge on neurological diseases and providing a networking opportunity for the
community, and we hope that you will enjoy and look forward to meeting you in our charming city

It is a great honor and much pleasure that the annual scientific meeting, the
22nd Continuing Neurological Education (CNE) will be held in Surabaya, on
March 17-19, 2023. We hope you will be treated to a superb experience.

The 22nd CNE after a long period during which scientific conferences have
been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic, we look forward to welcoming
you hopefully in-person once again with the full offline meeting. The 22nd CNE will
be a 3 days program that includes plenary lectures, parallel sessions, workshops, and poster
presentation sessions.

We strongly believe that an attractive scientific program with excellent speakers and opinion
leaders as well as the dynamic and interactive format will provide a superb opportunity for the
exchange of knowledge and ideas within our large community of healthcare specialists interested
in all epidemiological, preventive, and therapeutic aspects of neurological diseases.

The 22nd Surabaya Continuing Neurological Education (CNE) 2023 committee invites you to submit
your abstracts of original research which are related to the main topic of the congress. The Scientific
Abstract Reviewer Committee will evaluate and select the abstracts based on quality, clarity and
relevance on main topic.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION & GUIDELINES

General Policies
1. Participants should be registered as the participants The 22nd CNE 2023.
2. The winning article will be published in AKSONA Journal.
3. Participants should pay attention to the deadlines of abstract submission and other updates
in The 22nd CNE 2023 website (https://www.cne-surabaya.id).
4. Participants should review carefully and follow all the requirements related to the abstract.
5. Participants whose articles are selected for oral presentation, also should send E-poster
document and voice-over narration to be published in The 22nd CNE 2022 website that can
be accessed during the event.
6. The publication rights will belong to the committee of The 22nd CNE 2022.
7. Participants should follow the committee’s decision.

General Requirements and Article Flow Process

1. The committee receiving article as an Abstract for the Judgement process.
2. Article theme can be taken from all branches of science in Neurology.
3. Scientific Article is an original article that never published before.
4. The article type is Case Report or Research Article.
5. Participant should register an email account and phone/ whatsapp number for the
communication process related to the article.
6. Abstract submission, publication manuscript, E-poster, and voice over can be uploaded
through The 22nd CNE 2022 website after registration.
7. Abstract submission starts on January 2nd, 2023 at 00.00 until February 28th, 2023 at 23:59
WIB.
8. The Scientific Abstract Reviewer Committee will evaluate and select all abstracts for Oral
and Poster Presentation. And it will be announced at March 10th , 2023.
9. The committee will review the abstract’s eligibility to be published in the event proceeding
book.
10. E-poster, voice over, and full-text manuscript submission starts at January 30th, 2023 at 00.00
WIB until February 28rd, 2023 at 23:59 WIB.

11. Poster will be displayed on March 18th , 2023 at 13.00 - 15.00 WIB and all poster presenters
are encouraged to stand by their posters for discussion with the jury and participant at that
time. Posters should be installed by 08.00 WIB and dismantled after 17.00 WIB at the date.
12. Oral Presentation will be held on March 18th, 2023 at 13.00 – 15.00 WIB.

The registration deadline is as follows

Onsite registration Workshop/ Teaching Course: March, 17th 2023
Onsite registration symposium: March, 18th 2023

Only fully completed registrations will be accepted. The registration fee is based on the date of the
receipt of the registration and the payment in full in accordance with the deadline mentioned
above. Should one deadline be missed, the next applicable fee will be charged automatically. The
registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. Each participant will receive
electronic confirmation of their registration.
If the maximum attendee capacity is reached, the organizers reserve the right to refuse any
registration.
