3000P ARM Board EMMC Version Upgrade Process

This document applies for the ARM board with EMMC memory chip

1,open the package

Select one of the folders to open based on the information on the PCB.
2. Copy all the files in one of the folders, as shown below, to the SD(TF)card root directory.

3, plug the TF card into the ARM board, plug in the jumper, dial switch in the following direction
(dial up, near TF silk print ).

4,after switch the dial switch and put the Jumper on SW2, power on, the instrument appears is
being upgraded screen prompt. Here's the picture:

The process takes about 5 minutes, and the following screen appears, indicating that the upgrade
is complete, as shown below:
 5,remove the TF card, the jumper cap off, dial the dial switch all dial down, as shown in the
following image, and then normally power on.

6.After powering on, if you find that the screen color is not a normal blue background picture, it
may be because you selected the old and new kernel folders and placed all the files in another
folder to the SD(TF)card root directory. Re-upgrade it.

Warm reminder: If the database is backed up with"1111"before the upgrade, after the upgrade is
completed, enter the instrument interface, and then click on the service input"2222"to restore
the database. After success, unplug the Pen drive and restart the instrument. For the section
program feature update, simply place the "TARGET-arm" under the pen drive root directory, using
the password "9999” to upgrade.
