Specification
One (1) set of breathing apparatus EQUIPMENT supplied by CONTRACTOR shall consist of the followings:
1. One (1) air supply trolley unit (brand – Scott Safety) suitable for 2ea x Scott Safety air cylinder (cap. 6-7 liters 300 bars p
cylinder), fully adjustable cylinder bands, stainless steel tubular frames with wheels, handles, moulded hose reel drum
including anti-static airline hose (60 meters) complete with CEN couplings for up to 2-man use, valves, regulators and
suitable for Scott Safety Vision 3 positive pressure face mask supplied below
2. Four (4) carbon fibre fully wrapped aluminium composite cylinders (brand – Scott Safety) with capacity
6-7 liters 300 bars per cylinder, CE
specifications, CEN couplings, cylinder valves incorporating safety locking hand wheel.
3. Additional anti-static airline supply hose (60 meters) (brand – Scott Safety or equivalent) complete with male and fema
CEN couplings and suitable for Scott Safety Vision 3 positive pressure face masks supplied
4. One (1) Y-piece complete with CEN couplings (brand – Scott Safety)
5. Two (2) positive pressure face masks (brand – Scott Safety type Scott Vision 3) with 5-point fully adjustable neoprene
head harness, bayonet connection for demand valve
6. Two (2) FLITE airline apparatus (brand – Scott Safety type FLITE). Each apparatus shall include bandolier and hip
mounted cylinder harness (suitable for Scott Safety FLITE cylinder), 1ea x 2 liters 200 bars cylinder (brand – Scott Safet
FLITE), CE specifications, tempest automatic positive pressure demand valve, regulator, supply hose and pigtail with CE
couplings, suitable for Scott Safety Vision 3 positive pressure face mask
7. One (1) complete set of high-pressure stationary air compressor include a compatible cascade system and filling station
following specific details:
Charging Rate : > 680 l/min
Pressure : 225/330 bar with 2 selectable modes
Filling hose : 2x200 and 2x300 bar
Filling Valve : Include 4 (four) filling valves 200 & 300 bar (*) Motor : 3 (three) phase(s)

8. Each compressor shall complete with air distribution package including feed air hoses (Min 3/4” + 15 rolls x 20 me
each roll), manifolds with quick connect and water traps (2 EA), hose whip check, fittings, connectors, pressure gauges, reg
with, etc.
9. Suitable and sufficient to operate minimum five (5) hydraulic bolt torquing/tensioning pumps
10. Drip pan
11. Grounding cables completed with clamps
12. Equipment’s fast moving spare part (filters, hydraulic hoses, water trap spares such as cartridge with using cartridge sy
etc) & consumables for any contingencies

- Dimension and capacity shall be advised by Vendor
- Incoming breaker shall be sufficient to accommodate Diesel Engine Generator maximum capacity
- Incoming cable size shall be provided by Vendor, cable size shall be able to accommodate maximum generator capacity a
accordance with incoming breaker size
- Outgoing breaker shall be as following:

- Outgoing feeder shall be completed with outdoor socket as following:
