Please refer to Quarterly Inspection Report (QIR) cited above. On

scrutiny of the report, following observations have been made.

FSD - Chidambaram:

1. No stocks available on the date of inspection.

2. Unserviceable CLTF covers are used for dunnage. Advised to use
wooden crates / poly pallets for longer storage of food grains as per the
FCI HQrs Circular No. QC.7/Dunnage material/2018 dated 05.04.2022.
3. The condition of the 03 CLTF covers to be examined as all the
serviceable covers are 42 months old.

It is requested to send point-wise specific ATR duly certified by

Manager (QC), DO, Cuddalore, along with supporting documents to this
office immediately.
