I would like to inform you that I and my client arrived to the paper recycling line order conclusions:
1- Specifications:
- Need 10-15 Ton
- Width 1000-2000mm
- two pulp making line
one produce Kraft paper jumbo and one produce white cultural paper:
- Thickness of 80-250gsm
- Boiler of Diesel

Questions :
(1) you want use one paper making machine to produce two different paper , sometimes produce
kraft paper , sometimes produce cultural paper ?
(2) two pulp making line , each pulp making line design 10-15ton per day ?
(3) for paper width 1000-2000mm, you want your paper machine output width max 2000mm ?
or we can design paper machine net width within this width scope ,For example , we design
machine output paper width 1600mm , is it okay ?

2- Order options and quotes needed:

- Option one Without corrugated paper making and carton box making and shaping, and tube paper
machine, and cultural paper making and producing and packaging machines to A5, A4 Tube
machine.
- Option two with corrugated paper making and carton box making and shaping, and tube paper
machine,and cultural paper making and producing and packaging machines to A5, A4

Explanation and advice

(1) We produce pulp and paper making machines , not professional at corrugated cardboard and
carton box production line.
(2) As we know ,Corrugated cardboard making machine and carton box making ,shaping are two
different production line . first get corrugated cardboard from corrugated cardboard making
machine , then convert corrugated cardboard to carton box by carton box production line ,
(3) Each production line (corrugated cardboard or carton box) investment is similar to paper
production line or higher .
(4) Base on our experience , we advice customer starting step by step , producing paper and sell
first .Second step, in the future consider do corrugated cardboard and carton box by yourself .
(5) Automatic A4 paper cutting and packing machine exw price is around 98000usd, A5 can be cut
on a4 paper cutting machine ,but package way is manually .
(6) Tube paper machine , you mean machine produce paper tube ?

3- Information and details Needed in the quotes:

- Diesel Usage per hour or per ton
We only have data of natural gas ,we have natural gas,
it needs around 250 cubic meter natural gas to produce one ton paper .

- Water usage per ton or hour

Adding 30 ton clean water for one ton paper production

- Cost of sending experts for Implementating and experimenting and training per day or month
including all allowances like travel tickets, etc.
(1)Expert salary is 3000usd per month one engineer ,usually send 2 experts.
Implementating installation and experimenting machines will need about 4-6months .
The time can be longer or shorter ,it depends on your local installation team working efficiency .and
your local factory land conditions.our expert will also help with the installation sometimes.

(2)When machine test well and start normal working , experts will train your local employees ,
It can be 1 month or longer ,it depends on you .

(3)Customer also need pay for visa ,round tickets ,food ,room ,also China domestic transportation
cost to airport ,we don’t know the exact cost for this part because of the war in Yemen.

Two Experts guiding installation ,testing machine ,and training your local employees, only salary
during this period, it will be around 42,000 usd(for total 7months).

- Main power needed

- Power needed , how much kw/hr
The electricity consumption of producing one ton paper is around 350kw.h

- Needed Space
It will need around 3500-5000square meter , bigger is better.

- Type and count of loading Containers

- Cost of Sea Shipping from port to Aden or Hodeida arrival port
- Cost of land transportation from Exwork to departure port
These 3 items will reply you after confirming pulp and paper machine design.

- Insurance from any land or sea risks and damages included or no,
if shipping company allow it ,we can buy insurance for you according to your needs.

- Packing list and dimensions of machines

Usually provide package quantity and CBM after loading goods to containers.

- Warranty of Origin and Maintenance and Installation and Implementation and Spare parts
availability. Here i don’t understand

- Methods of payments as LC availability and Bank Performance Credit or Bank warranty or T/T or
etc
We usually use T/T payment ,and irrevocable confirmed LC at sight . for payment terms after we
confirm the machine design, before signing contract , can discuss with our Chairman finally.

- Delivery time starting from manufacturing to arriving the shipment to the arrival port.
It will take around100 working days , as dryers production needs longer time .
