Procedures
1. Key in ITR No. and SSM No. Employer in FLAS system (FWCMS - New
Business) by Agent for 3 products (IG, FWCS & FWHS). Data will be download
from FWCMS and Agent checking on the details of Employer and workers and
complete all blank field is required. Agent will not to edit or amend on the system
that has been populated for the employer and workers data. Record level
locking is implemented by FWCMS to ensure no duplication of coverage.

2. Financial Links (Gateway) export data to FWCMS for update their record.

3. FWCMS submit application (IG, FWCS & FWHS) to Jabatan immigration

Malaysia for work permit and PREMIA (Core System sent data to e-pampasan
and SPPA for Slip.

4. Data uploaded at website for Employer/Agent print the Slip. E-pampasan and
SPPA export data to Jabatan Tenaga Kerja and Kementerian Kesihatan
Malaysia.

5. Jabatan Tenaga Kerja, Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia and Jabatan

Immigration Malaysia received data.
