TITLE: A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF THREE (3) BARANGAY

NUTRITION SCHOLARS OFFICER EFFECTIVE 01 DECEMBER 2023 OF BARANGAY
NIOG, CITY OF BACOOR, CAVITE NAMELY:

1. MARY JANE R. ORFANEL

2. IRENE A. VILLAR
3. PREMY A. PACUNDO

WHEREAS, by the power vested in me by the Republic Act. No.7160 (otherwise known as the Local
Government Code of 1991) Section 394/395, I am given the authority to appoint/re-organize or choose
whoever will be the best suitable as Barangay NUTRITION SCHOLARS.

WHEREAS, the newly elected Sangguniang Barangay on regular session unanimously approved the
appointment of MARY JANE R. ORFANEL, IRENE A. VILLAR and PREMY A. PACUNDO as the
new Barangay NUTRITION SCHOLARS effective December 1,2023 up to the term of office in 2025.

WHEREAS/THEY are best qualified considering they have all the qualifications and none of the
disqualifications.

NOWTHEREFORE, on motion of KAGAWAD MICHAEL EUSEBIO duly seconded by

KAGAWAD CARLO ESCUREL … BE IT….

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to concur the appointment of MARY JANE R.

ORFANEL, IRENE A. VILLAR and PREMY A. PACUNDO as Barangay NUTRITION SCHOLARS up
to end of our term on December 2025.
