XI. EVALUATION
Performance Standards and Evaluation System of OBA Results Final Grade Evaluation System
LECTURE: CO1 = (M1 + M2)/2
Formative Assessments = Quizzes, Assignments, Seat Works, etc CO2 = (M3 + M4 + M5 + M6 + M7 + M8 + M9 + M11 + 12)/9
Summative Assessment = Periodic Exam (at least 5 questions per module) CO3 = (M7 + M9 + M10 + M11)/4
CO4 = (M1 + M2 + M7 + M10 + M11)/5
Modular Grade (M) = 40%(Formative Assessments) + 60%(Summative Assessment)
Cut Off Score = 60% of raw score LEC GRADE = (CO1 + CO2 + CO3 + CO4)/4
Final Grade ≥ 75
Note: Learners are evaluated per module or topic. M ≥ 75 Use the University-approved transmutation table to convert Final Grade to Point
