This assessment plan has been prepared by Tanzania Public Service College (TPSC) for the module
named Secretarial Duties and Professional Ethics. The assessor should assess learning outcomes
stipulated within the NTA Curriculum flexibly based on the student’s ability to apply competences
involving application of skills and knowledge at routine level.
The assessment plan was developed on October 2017 to be implemented for the first time in the
academic year 2017/18 after the introduction of Competence-Based Education and Training (CBET)
by NACTE.
