Effective and productive collaboration with partners As we were deciding how to break apart our item, all three of us spoke about
what would work best. As we were breaking it apart, Lindsey and Taylor were
breaking the item into its pieces and organizing and counting items while Tatum
was drawing and labeling in the notebook. After the item was broken apart, all
three of us discussed what we wanted to do. We decided to make some sort of
sensory toy or book with our broken-down pieces and some fun and creative items
we found around the classroom.
While we were working on taking apart the item, we all had a role to play. Taylor
was working on taking the object apart with tools that Lindsey found. Tatum was

We had a little problem getting the wires to disconnect from the control panel. We
