PRODUCERS PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Partnership Agreement (an Entertainment Film PROJECT Production) is made and entered into on MAY 12,
2021 as the execution date of binding by and between the following parties.

BACKGROUND
1. The parties wish to associate themselves as partners in film project business.
2. This agreement sets out the terms and condition that govern the Partners with the Partnership.
3. The parties are entitled to the business in all means, and can use and represent the name of the
PROJECT in any form of promotion and developmental purposes.
4. Both parties decided and agreed to use “LANGIT SA 100 HUGOT AT TULA” as their FILM PROJECT name.
5. The PROJECT will be FULLY funded by INVESTOR 2, and INVESTOR 1, will be the executor of the PROJECT
as EXECUTIVE PRODUCER as internally agreed of both parties.
6. The parties agreed that all inside production project expenses is PHP. 250,000.00 and the investment
will be accounted and split into half for distribution.
7. That funds will be distributed in two dates respectively. First half amount to 150,000.00 will be
deposited May 12, 2021 and the other half amounting to 150,000.0-0 is going to be depositedon the 25 th
of MAY 2021.

IN CONSIDERATION OF and as a condition of the Partners entering into this Agreement and other valuable
considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is acknowledged, the Parties to this
Agreement agree to the following.

CREATION OF PARNERSHIP
By this agreement, the Parties enter into a general partnership (MOVIE PROJECT- LANGIT SA 100 HUGOT AT
TULA) in accordance with the law of the Republic of the Philippines.

The rights and obligation of the Partners will be stated in the Book IV of the Civil Code of the Philippines Title II

Agreement.

NAME OF PARNERSHIP /BUSINESS

The name of the Partnership will be ; JOHN RAY GARCIA “aka” JODI GARCIA and EDITH FIDER; etal.

And the FILM PROJECT name is ;

“LANGIT SA ISANG DAANG HUGOT AT TULA”

PURPOSE OF PARTNERSHIP
The partnership is established for the following purpose ;

1. Entertainment Production ( MOVIE FILM FESTIVAL)

TERMS
This partnership existence shall commence on WEDNESDAY, MAY 12 2021 and shall continue until dissolve
either by mutual agreement or by operation of law.
