All the District Collectors in the State are requested to furnish the status report of the works/schemes sanctioned under Special Development Fund during the year 2023-24, stating whether, the said schemes/works have been technically sanctioned, grounded or not, if grounded what is the status of work, percentage of completion of work, amount paid so far and pending bills etc. as per the enclosed proforma. Further, all the District Collectors are directed that, no further works should be grounded. This may be treated as MOST URGENT and the status report shall be submitted within three days. K.
