O/o Superintending Engineer/BOP/YTPS here with submitting few lines for your kind
consideration and favorable order please.
I have applied for maternity leave from 25.09.2023(with 24.09.2023 Sunday as
prefix) to 22.03.2024 (i.e., for 180 days) and relieved on 23.09.2023AN vide references 1&2
cited above. I have undergone emergency C-Section on 29.09.2023 and discharged from
the hospital on 01.10.2023. Discharge summary counter signed by civil surgeon is here
with enclosed for Furter reference.
Hence I request your kind authority to consider and may please be sanction the
maternity leave from 25.09.2023(with 24.09.2023 Sunday as prefix) to 22.03.2024 (i.e., for
180 days) at the earliest please.
