In compliance of the judgement of Hontble High. Court in

OP(KAT) No: 133/2019 and connected bases Government had issued
promotion and reversion orders on 11.11.2021 in the cadre of Professors
and Associate Professors in Chmicál Engineering in Government
Engineering Colleges, as per Government order read as 2nd,:iC:' above. A
lot of complaints / grievances had been received in Government and to the
Selection committee regarding the promotion/ reversion orders indicating
the errors in the select list such as non inclusion in the select list, change in
the date of eff'ect.etc.The committee had looked into the complaints in detail
and found that of them are deserving consideration.

2. As per Government order read as 3rd & 4th above, the committee
which is constituted as per GO(RtNo.1326!2021!HEDN dated 5.10:2021
was permitted to look into the grievances/ representations and the
committee was further given• permission to prepare select list up to
30.11.2021 in various cadres, by rectifying anomalies. The select
committee meeting which held on 06.01.2022 and 10.01.2022 considered
the grievances/ representations submitted by various faculties and after
having a detailed analysis has decided to cancel the existing select lists and
subsequent promotion/ reversion orders.
3. In view of the above, Government are pleased to issue the

following promotions and reversions in the cadre of Professors and
Associate Professors in Chemical Engineering in Government Engineering

In compliance of the judgement of Hon'ble High. Court in OP(KAT)

No:133/2019 and connected cases Government had issued promotion and reversion orders•

read as 2nd . above. A lot of complaints / grievances had been received in
Government and to the Selection committee regarding the promotion/ reversion orders
indicating the errors in the select list such as non inclusion in the select list, change in the
date of effect.etc.The committee had looked into the complaints in detail and found that
some of themare deserving consideration.
2. As per Government order read as 3rd & 4th above; the committee which is

Government order read as 2nd above. A lot of complaints / grievances
had been received in Government and to the Selection committee regarding
the promotion/ reversion orders indicating the errors in the select list such
as non inclusion in the select list, change in the date of effect.etc.The
committee had looked into the complaints in detail and found that some of
them are deserving consideration.

In compliance of the judgment of Hon'ble High. Court in

OP(KAT) No: 133/2019 and connected cases Government had issued
promotion and reversion orders on 11.11.2021 in the cadre of Associate
Professors! Professors in Electronics & Communication Engineering in
Government Engineering Colleges as per Government order read as 2nd
above. A lot of complaints / grievances had been received in
Government and to the Selection committee regarding the promotion/
reversion orders indicating the errors in the select list such as non inclusion
in the select list, change in the date of effect.etc.The committee had looked
into the complaints in detail and found that some of them are deserving
consideration.

2. As per Government order read as 3rd & 4th above, the

committee which is constituted as per GO(Rt)No. 1326/2021 /HEDN dated
5.10.2021 was permitted to look into the grievances/ representations and•
the committee was further given permission to prepare select list up to
having a detailed analysis has decided to cancel the existing select lists
and subsequent promotion/ reversion orders.
