3. Based on your drawing, what type of leadership do you possess?

2. The meaning of the symbol that represent me as a leader is that, being a leader in an organization, I
should practice and perform justice in order for me to perform well my duty as the head of the
organization and to promote impartiality inside of the team, and to become unbiased on each of
teammates as well. Having justice at all cost can promote healthy and non-toxic environment inside of
the team and also, it will promote security and trust as a group.

3. Based on my drawing, the kind of leader that I have is being a Democratic leader. Based to the
meaning of being Democratic Leader, this kind of leader is often relied on their subordinates to help
them make decisions. You invite the opinions of experts, the collective thoughts of the leadership team,
and often, input from the greater organization. This style tends to unearth new ideas from others and
helps employees feel like valued members of a team. I think in this kind of leader, I am eligible because
when there was a group activity, I`m always relying on my members. I always hearing all of their
thoughts and knowledge about on that specific that that need to finish. After hearing and analyzing their
opinions and ideas, this is the point where were going to decide the divisions of the tasks based on their
skills and capabilities and on how to execute those given tasks.
